SIX WAYS TO USE YOUR PiLON

LAT MASSAGE

  1. Stand with the PiLON against the wall.
  2. Raise the arm you want to treat.
  3. Place the central lobe against your back muscle, about 3-4 inches below your armpit.
  4. Apply gentle motion.

PSOAS/ILIACUS

  1. Place the PiLON on the floor or bench. For increased depth, place PiLON on its side.
  2. Kneel down and lean forward into the PiLON.
  3. Position the central lobe just above your
    hip bone.
  4. Apply gentle side-to-side motion.
  5. If needed, reposition the PiLON closer to your rib cage.

QUAD (STRAIGHT AND BENT LEG)

  1. Place the PiLON on the floor.
  2. Kneel down and lean forward onto
    the PiLON.
  3. Position the central lobe in the middle of your thigh.
  4. Slowly raise and lower your foot as if
    performing a hamstring curl.

SHOULDER BLADE

  1. Place the PiLON against the wall or floor.
  2. Sit down and lean back onto the PiLON.
  3. Position the central lobe in the crease of your shoulder blade.
  4. Slowly raise and lower your arm past
    shoulder level.

HAMSTRING

  1. Place the PiLON on the floor.
  2. Sit down with the bottom of your leg in
    contact with the PiLON.
  3. Gently rock side-to-side.

NECK/BACK

  1. Place the PiLON on the floor.
  2. Sit down and lean back onto the PiLON.
  3. Position the central lobe above the shoulder blade of the affected side.
  4. Apply gentle side-to-side motion.
